The calculator has a keypad which has a functional key for input of the interval of the percentage dynamic sampling. The date of functional key for a dynamic initial rate and a dynamic final rate are determined, after allocation of the functional key for percentage dynamic sampling rate and after the allocation of the functional key for the percentage dynamic sampling interval by the input of corresponding data.
