Staircase has support rails (5,12), laminated at stairway sidewalls (1) and steps (7) by means of high strength transparent intermediate film (6) e.g. Ionoplast-Polymer. One or more overlaying profile segments (13), provided in support rail of stairway steps, engage with the groove (14) of support rail in stairway steps. Thus stairway steps are firmly connected with sidewalls. The stairway side walls is made of laminated glass and by two individual panes (3,4) whereby the stairway steps are made of laminated glass by three individual panes (8,9,10).
