The transportation packing for a shock-sensitive object (5) has an inner section which has sections which at least partially lie upon the inner side of an outer packing section (4). The inner packing section has a supporting surface upon which the object can lie, at least in parts. The inner section has spring means which can damp shocks exerted on the transport packing. The supporting surface and/or the sections of the inner packing section lying on the outer packing section are constructed in such a way that the support surface forms the spring means or part of them.
