The system has a housing (1) including a surface with a heat conducting material in connection with a heat source including a cavity (12) at the base. A channel (13) is designed in the base for accommodating a coolant. An inlet and an outlet are connected with the cavity, and a recycling device (2) is placed in the cavity to recycling the coolant. The housing has a lower side that stays in contact with the heat source.
