The controller has a data acquisition unit executing an average procedure before storing the data of potentiometer obtained by activating the potentiometer (14a) in the storage zone. A flag activation control unit activates a request flag of a seven segment display (15a) in response to a change of detection at the level of detection unit. A flag re-initialization control unit reinitializes the request flag when the data of actual value satisfies a preset condition after that the flag is activated. The display is arranged on an external surface of the case of the controller.
