The flow sensor has a capsule (1) having an impeller (30). The impeller at its top side has a modulator plate (34), which is designed as metal wedge. A balance at the top side of the impeller is provided which by the modulator plate adjusts imbalances. The modulator plate is a wound copper wedge. The modulator plate is applied as copper layer on an essentially round plate (33).
