Jogging fitness treadmill with two tensile pull cords to also exercise the arms and upper body

A jogging fitness treadmill has a main frame (1) and an endless running belt (2) and with two front uprights (11) supporting a handgrip (12). Two tensile pull cords (32) with handgrips (31) are secured a drag reel (3) at the rear of the machine to enable the user to exercise the arms and upper body while jogging. The drag reel is spring loaded and includes a damping system. The pull cord system can be fitted to other types of treadmill and is mounted on the rear of the machine via a pivot arm (5).
