Actuation device has a shank which has several pipes, slider and framework with several ribs. The actuating device is positioned within the upper first pipe (11) of the shank whereby its end is formed as positioning tube with central slot (111,25) and a holder (23), which is fastened in the slot by stud. A small spring (54) is arranged on one side of holder. A small spring is arranged on one side of the holder, in order to exert flexible load on the inclined holder whereby the lower end of the holder is formed as convex curvature.
