A lamp with reflector in which the reflector is made of a flexible material e.g. sheet metal or metallised plastic, and the light reflection can be varied by bending the reflector. The reflector adjustment (1c) is coupled to a dimmer (1d) so that a reduction of the light-beam section causes a dimming of the light source and vice versa.
