Bristles (21) are located between one or more abrasive sheets (23, 24) or sections of sheets. One sheet (or section) is no shorter than the corresponding length of the bristles. The other sheet (or section) is shorter than the bristles. The sheet is abrasive paper or cloth, optionally coated with abrasive on both sides and/or slotted. Abrasive sheet surrounds the bristles, at least near the brush fastening. Bristles surround a holder made of wire, and are surrounded by abrasive sheet, at least near the holder (2). The bristles are supportive, being made of mexico fiber (tampico). They are made in the form of grinding bristles. Their heights differ. They are coated with silicon carbide or aluminum oxide abrasive. The holder is essentially U-shaped in cross section and is made of stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum or brass. A rotary brush implementation is described, the body having grooves in which the grinding brushes are located.
