Rope drives (6,7) link mast parts (MP) (2-4) to a drive mechanism. Operating between the MP, a locking system starts from an inactive position and makes it possible to extend the MP so that, beginning step by step with the lowest MP (2) for support at the base, non-extended MPs each interlock to move as a group until the last MP is reached.
