Wind-driven rotor game for public open space has upright stake linked by guide wires to ground observer

An outdoor game for e.g. park or beach consists of an upright stake set in the ground and giving upright support when deflected from the vertical by wind. Two guide lines are attached to the top of the stake and are held taut by an observer. The lines also bear a wind-driven rotor which ascends to the top of the stake.
