Elastomer parts have a spring constant/rate between 0.5 and 1.5 N/mm for each millimeter of elastomer part laid. A possible spring excursion/range of spring amounts to between 6 and 8 mm. Attached to surfaces of elastomer strips on a precast part by nails, screws, tacking clamps or adhesives, each elastomer part consists of two or more parallel sections running on elastomer strips.
