The lock has an earth plate (123) provided at a motherboard (11) close to a through-hole (122) of a front plate (12). A locking lever (3) is rotatable at a rotating device between a locking position and a releasing position. In locking position the lever locks a motherboard-blade (1) at a machine housing of a server system, and connects the earth plate with the housing. In releasing position the blade is released from the housing.
