Micronutrient preparation (C1), for a nutritive supplement for migraine and/or prophylaxis comprises =50 to =600 mg of riboflavin, =50 to =800 mg of magnesium and =15 to =500 mg of coenzyme Q10, related to the daily dosage. Independent claims are also included for: (1) preparation (C1) comprising lactic acid bacteria, where the omega-3-fatty acids and/or vitamin E are contained in a capsule; and (2) a food, preferably food supplementary agent and/or agent to the supplementing balanced diet comprising (C1).
