Cosmetic preparation (A) comprises (2-hydroxyethyl)urea; urea; and one or more compounds of folic acid, D-biotin, coenzyme Q10, alpha -glucosylrutin, carnitine, natural or synthetic isoflavonoid, genistein, flavonoid, carotinoide, kreatin, kreatinine, taurine, ascorbic acid and its derivative, tocopherol and its ester, dihydroxyacetone, 8-hexadecane-1,16-dicarboxylic acid, glucosylglyceride, hyaluronic acid with an average molecular weight of 5-3000 Kilo-Dalton and/or licochalcone A.
