The air mixing unit (1) has at least two disc-form control elements (2a,2b) which are interconnected by means of a transmission device (3). The control elements are located parallel to one another with their rotational axes coinciding. The control elements have a circle segment-like cut-out. The transmission device is in the form of a shaft which is installed parallel to the rotational axes of the control elements. The transmission device is installed eccentrically with regard to at least one of the control elements.
