The broker is coupled between the supplier and the consumer. The broker includes a supplier portion that is coupled to the supplier and a consumer portion (130) that is coupled to a consumer (132). The supplier portion receives the fault detection and classification data from the supplier. The consumer portion supplies alarms to the consumer.
