The invention concerns a universal vehicle comprising four independent wheels (2-5), mounted each on a hub (7, 9, 20, 21) borne by a support arm (6, 8, 22, 23) integral with the vehicle body (C). Each of the support arm (6, 8, 22, 23) is articulated on the body (C) along a hinge pin or a pivot pin (10, 11, 24, 25) located proximate to the end of the body. The support arms are directly or indirectly linked to one or several actuating members (34) simultaneously driving in rotation said support arms relative to said hinge pins.
