The method of location of points involves simultaneously capturing reference station of known coordinates and radio frequency signals from a moving object. The radio frequency signals are emitted on two frequencies (L1,L2) by a group of satellites. Initialisation processing determines coordinates from points based upon linear measurement combinations of phases of two apparent frequencies. The apparent frequencies( L4,L5) are different from those of the emission frequencies of the group of satellites. Linear stemming positions of variations realized to each of these two frequencies are combined such that interference between them is canceled.
