The present application relates to novel composite primers which make it possible to amplify in the multiplex to a quantitative level of precision, and to the applications of these primers composites to the detection of genomic modifications in general, and changes in particular a cryptic chromosome. The primers composites which contain them make it possible to carry out the amplifications multiplex of precision quantitative composition to the scale of a genome, such as the human genome.
