The machine comprises: - a support frame (1) equipped with a conveyor (2) receiving a plurality of supports (4); - means (5) in order to ensure the positioning and holding of the bird in the support (4) to the extent of its linear displacement; - a station of the clamping means (10) able to move simultaneously the two thighs, means (13) able to fold back the top of the thigh to the threads and the end of the ram, in the direction of the rump and of at least one clamp (15) connected to means (13) of the control to be moved along the three axes, x, y, z; - a discharge station of the bird to the extent of the displacement of the support (4) for a next cycle; - a transfer station of the poultry; - a station for positioning of a tie around the support.
