Preparing a disposable acupuncture needle that has a deformable reservoir on top, designated BMN (blue medical needle), in which the needle and reservoir are bonded by overmolding on the needle (mean internal diameter 0.15 mm) a reservoir of defined geometry, made of deformable polymer. The reservoir can deliver, at the moment of use, a pharmaceutical contained in it by application of pressure from two fingers. An independent claim is also included for a BMN prepared by the new method.
