New dendrimers with bisphosphonic terminal groups. The dendrimers of generation 0-12 consist of a central nucleus of valence or more, optionally arborescence generation chains around the nucleus, an intermediate chain around the nucleus or at the end of each generation chain and a terminal chain at the extremity of each intermediate chain. The terminal group is of Formula (T) (A1)[A2-P(=O), (OX) 2] 2 (T) A1 : -CR, heteroatom; A2 : a simple bond, 1-6 link hydrocarbon chain each link being optionally a heteroatom and each optionally substituted with alkyl or halogen or -NO 2 or -NRR' or -CN or -CF 3 or -OH or Oalkyl or aryl or aralkyl; X : alkyl, aryl, H, /M +; M : cation; : two bonds on A1.
