The medium has an inflatable canvas (1) with visual information e.g. advertising inscription. An inflatable device (5) drives a fluid e.g. helium, in the canvas to allow the canvas to pass from a deflated to an inflated state. A container (2) placed on ground or fixed on a wall contains the canvas at the deflated state and device. The canvas at the inflated state is fastened to the container using straps (4) unfolded outwards.
