The flatware has a handle (10) with a miniature gyroscope (28) to indicate position in the space of the flatware and its angular declivity with respect to vertical. A transmitter (22) sends the data obtained from the gyroscope to allow a user to make an assessment at the end of his meal in a manner to feed himself, speed to take meal, number of fork movements, ingurgitated food quantity, and food cutting quality. The user makes the assessment to make an analysis assisted by a specialist or human or software in a manner to take food.
