The assembly has a triangular cutter bar (1) with an opening (2) to insert a triangular blade (6) sharpened on three sides, where the bar is extended by a metallic handle (3) in which an ejection system (4) is integrated. The system strikes the blade on an upper part of the handle, in order to remove the blade, when a lower part of the handle strikes the ground. The movement of the system is limited by a rivet or a bolt with nut (8).
