The device has an elastic waterproof outer shell (CEP) for enveloping a case (BLO), and a lens (OBJ) connected to the shell by a shell-lens connecting unit. Primary springs (SPRi, SPRj) are placed between the case and the shell. A switching unit (OCO) permits switching on and off the device, and is connected to a delay device. Center of gravity of the device is moved away from an optical axis of the device. The device is positioned through the optical axis towards a target with the help of a viewfinder (VIS).
