The device has a hinge pin (5) placed at level of a front wheel to fold a rear section (2) against a front section (1) so as to lower two small wheels (3) serving as truck wheels that contact the ground. A stand (4) in one of the two sections maintains the two wheeled truck in vertical position at rest. The pin has a section fixed with a hollow shaft of a rod of a handlebar and another section fixed with a foot rest.
