The appliance has a tap body with a pipe (1) associated to liquid soap e.g. gel, distributors (2). The pipe has a channel (4) conveying water to the distributors and hygienic foaming mixture to a tap or a shower outlet. The distributors are screwed on a foamer (3) to form a distribution device in which is moved a water closure and liquid soap injection mechanism. A container with anti-bacteriologic pellets is screwed on the pipe.
