The turbomachine has blades (5) rotating around respective axles (6) parallel to a rotation axle (11) of a rotor, where the axles (6) are disposed in circle on the rotor. The rotation of the blades is synchronized such that each blade carries out a half rotation for one turn of the rotor. The positioning of different blades is similar for each angular position of the rotor with respect to a stator (1). An independent claim is also included for a compression device comprising two turbomachines placed in series.
