The actuator has a washer shaped reinforcement unit (11) for reinforcing a support of a screw head (10) on an inner side of a wall (12) of a case (1). The reinforcement unit has a profile with change of inclination between a tapered part (16) and a plane part (17) towards an apex of a cone. The tapered part and plane part are intended to support against an inclined surface (A) and a plane surface (B) of the wall, respectively. An independent claim is also included for a method of manufacturing a screw and a reinforcement unit for a pneumatic actuator.
