The tool has a drill (2) presenting an end equipped with an abrasive disc (3) and another end (4) designed to be connected to a turbine (5). A stabilization unit formed using a stabilization disc (6) is positioned around the drill and is located at a predetermined distance from the disc (3), where the disc (6) has a sleeve (7). A horizontal slit of a stabilizer (12) guides the stabilization unit. An independent claim is also included for a stabilizer to cooperate with a milling tool.
