The bag has flexible filtering walls (3, 5) made of paper or filtering cloth, permeable to water. The walls are joined together at edges (11) to peripherally close the bag while inwardly defining a volume (9) enclosing a predetermined dose of a product to be filtered to prepare a beverage. The peripheral closing is reversible to define an opening zone (19) in which the walls are separated from each other manually. An independent claim is also included for an individual pouch for preparing a beverage from a dry product and water.
