The structure has a central structure (2) to which primary vertical panels (3) and secondary panels (4) are fixed in a radial and horizontal or oblique manner, respectively. Two ecological slides (7, 7`) are created in the structure (2) and between the panels (3, 4), respectively. Inlet openings of sufficient size are provided in the structure (2), via which divers move across the panels. A lifting unit is provided on heavy units.
