The system has electrically driven vehicles which move at levels of different heights on common rails (32, 34, 62). The vehicles are directed by activating switches by a personal code system. An electric motor assembly is provided above the top of a driver`s cab of a motor vehicle and is supplied with low voltage. The motor assembly is connected to a part which maintains an arm.
