The package has a pouch (2) with flaps (9, 10), where the flap (9) has an outer side with a zone (18) on which an adhesive layer (17) is affixed. The zone has a slot (20) to access the pouch. Plates have lateral edges welded with each other to form an insulated bag (3). The bag is housed in the pouch so that a sampling tube to be transported slides in the bag, where storage surface of the bag is equal to that of the pouch.
