The aerogenerator has a nacelle (3), a movable structure (4), a mast (5) and a rotor (6). The rotor has blades (1) that are quasi-parallel to a rotation axle (2) which is horizontal and in direction of wind. The mast carries the rotor/nacelle/movable structure assembly, and the blades have a semi-tapered shape. Each blade has base with diameter equal to 0.25 times of its height and apex with diameter equal to 0.083 times of the height.
