The plank has a removable plate (19) fixed to an end of a hot water radiator through a U-shaped section (31) of a screw (20) fixed on the radiator. The plate is fixed on a wall plate through a hinge made of an axle (2) integrated to the plate (19). Pivoting casters that are adjustable in height carry the radiator. A coolant liquid heating circuit and the radiator are connected by a flexible tube with movable nuts. The U-shaped sections of the screw are fixed to the radiator such that orifices (21) are connected through a threading.
