The device has a connection socket (15) made from flexible thermoplastic material having hardness lower than that of an inner core of a handle (10). The handle has a stop (19) situated between the socket and a gripping sleeve (11) to limit movement of a striking tool (12) on the handle during assembling or disassembling. The tool is tightly fitted by remounting it on the socket so that the socket is compressed in handle`s fitting zone.
