The present invention relates to a trocar for osteomedullary biopsy. It consists, on the one hand, of an outer hollow tube (11) provided with a sharpened distal end having an eccentric orifice (16) with the diameter is smaller than the initial diameter of the tube and, secondly, an inner hollow tube (12) located inside the first tube and whose distal end comprises a blade (19) sharp crescent-shaped , perpendicular to the axis of the trocar and arranged to be positioned laterally on the side opposite to the eccentric orifice so as to allow penetration of the bone marrow into the trocar during coring and cutting of the core at its base causing the axial rotation of the inner tube and thus of the blade.The invention relates generally to the surgical field and applies to the coring of bone marrow inside the bones of patients, for diagnostic purposes and sure therapeutic vigilance. / P
