The bellow has flexible and tight side layers (2a, 2b) made of plastic skin. Layers (3a, 3b) made of flexible and porous material e.g. polyurethane foam, are associated on a back side of the layers (2a, 2b) to form a double wall complex unit having acoustic protection properties. The association between the layers is made in the periphery of the complex unit using points distributed discretely at interface between the layers.
