A lipoamino acid composition coated powder contains a N-acyl structure of amino acid and 12-18C fatty acid which covers a powder for cosmetics. The N-acyl structure of amino acids are (a) proline and hydroxy proline, (b) alanine, glycine and sarcosine, and (c) aspartic acid and glutamic acid. An independent claim is also included for cosmetics, which is blended with 0.1 wt.% or more of coated powder.
