The device has a coupling transformer comprising a secondary winding (12) mounted in series between an electrical energy distribution network and a reactive energy compensation capacitor. The transformer ensures a coupling between an outlet of an inverter (11) of an active filter and an electrical signal circulating in the capacitor, such that fundamental value of electrical current is imposed to the signal.
