The system has a transmission unit (56) for transmitting, to terminals (10, 12, 14, 16), common updating data for a graphical scene (32) of each terminal as data exchanged for management of a communication session. The scene of each terminal has a graph (34) with objects associated to display parameters, and the data has graphical objects displaying parameters common to scenes of the terminal. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a multimedia data exchanging installation comprising terminals and multimedia data exchanging system (B) a method for exchanging multimedia data between terminals interconnected through multimedia data transmission network.
