The device has a body (CRP) with two pairs of wings (A11-A12, A21-A22) located in respective planes. The planes are cut along a main axis (AXP) of a gripping bar (BAP) that is integrated with the body for allowing a user to grip the device with hand. Two straps (SA1, SA2) are arranged side by side between the two adjacent wings (A21, A11) and have openings, in which forearm of the user is introduced to adjust the straps. An independent claim is also included for a muscular training apparatus having two muscular training devices connected by a connection rod.
