The device has walls made by assembling and welding of thermoplastic panels (2), where each panel comprises two parallel plane plates (20, 21) braced by a core (22) which is integrated to the plates by welding. The core is constituted of a plate (23) configured to have a succession of grooves (24). The plate (23) is presented in the form of a succession of strips (25) making a right angle between them. An independent claim is also included for a container device fabricating method.
