The enclosure zones situated on both sides of the piston, and two ports (73, 76) are at different pressures during a short instant to operate the device. The device is located in the enclosure near the port (73) so that the piston contacts the device due to pressure difference between the ports. The port (73) coupled to a front chamber (22) is situated at the end surface (71), and the port (76) coupled to a rear chamber (26) is situated at the end surface (72).
