The unit has a cylindrical bolt (2) assembled with a plate (1) by punctual deformation of the plate, where the bolt is presented at an inner side of the plate and its lug introduced into an opening. A pressure of the bolt on edges of a groove allows the deformation of the plate and its introduction into the groove whose diameter is larger than that of the bolt to maintain mobility of the bolt with respect to the plate.
