The device has a removable sole assembly (1) with flat parts (7) and a front part (2) and a rear part (3) comprising an inner form as that of nose and tail of an alpin ski shoe. The parts (2, 3) are integrated using round elastics (6) and respectively have at their front and rear ends a round form (5) spreading mechanical constraints exerted on the shoe during walking. The parts (7) have length approximately half of length of the parts.
